Rach joined Wilton Developments in 2025 to lead the growth and delivery of its Industrial and Logistics portfolio. With over a decade of experience, she has focused exclusively on development since 2014, delivering major schemes and fostering strong occupier relationships.
She previously held senior roles at Mountpark—where she led the development of key sites including 350-acre Mountpark Campus in Warwickshire—and IM Properties, where she was instrumental in securing landmark projects such as Peddimore site in Birmingham and Gymshark’s R&D facilities at Blythe Valley.
Outside of work, Rach is often found on her Peloton bike or enjoying family life at home with her husband, children, and two cockapoos.
William is a company director specialising in property development, with a track record of delivering high-quality commercial projects. With a keen eye for opportunity and a commitment to excellence, William combines strategic oversight with hands-on style to drive growth and innovation in the real estate sector.
Beyond the boardroom, William is a passionate motorsport enthusiast and an active competitor in the World Challenge Endurance racing series, this requires a level of fitness he combines with his enjoyment of cycling and keeping fit at the gym.
Erica is a director and shareholder representative at Wilton Developments, focusing on the company’s financial management. She has worked with the shareholders for over 17 years and joined the Wilton board in May 2025.
After qualifying as an accountant in 2003 and spending a decade in audit, she began working for the Moore Family, where she continues to serve as a director and trustee based in the Isle of Man. Since her Wilton board appointment, she spends more time in Leeds as part of her role.
Outside of work, Erica has two children and is actively involved in charitable and voluntary roles across several sports on the Isle of Man, including serving as Chef de Mission for the Isle of Man Commonwealth Games team.
