Richard joined Wilton in 2014 and leads the facilities management of the company’s growing property portfolio. With industry experience across both public and private sectors, he ensures the health, safety, and regulatory compliance of all managed properties.

He also oversees service charge reconciliation across the estate, delivering value and transparency to occupiers. Outside of work, Richard enjoys running, cycling, and spending time with his wife and two daughters.

 

Chris joined Wilton in 2025 to oversee asset management across the mixed-use portfolio and drive long-term value. A Chartered Surveyor with over 15 years of experience, he brings a strong track record from previous roles at Bruntwood, Town Centre Securities, and Potter Space.

He lives with his wife, daughter, and son. His spare time is spent enjoying horse racing and cycling.

 

 

Nick joined Wilton in 2020, having partnered with the team on successful joint ventures over the preceding seven years. A Chartered Surveyor with over 40 years of experience in development and investment, his previous roles include senior positions with Clugston Estates, Shepherd Developments, and Avison Young.

Nick lives with his wife and enjoys spending his spare time playing golf and walking in the countryside. He has a grown-up son and daughter.

 

Richard joined Wilton in 2020 following a series of successful joint ventures over three years. He is a Chartered Surveyor with over 35 years of experience in property development, having held senior roles at Clugston Estates, Litton Property Group, and Shepherd Developments.

A lifelong Sheffield Wednesday supporter, Richard is married with three adult children and enjoys walking in the Peak District.
