The portfolio comprises of office, leisure, retail parks, warehouse and distribution and mixed use buildings. The portfolio is currently valued at approximately £100m.

The portfolio is managed internally with in-house Facilities Management and Asset Management, this enables us to keep a close eye on the properties running costs and service charges.
