The building was acquired in 2009, as a mostly vacant office investment in urgent need of upgrade and repair. Wilton, on behalf of East Parade, obtained planning for the extension of the 1st floor and a brand new 4th floor with views of Leeds Town Hall.
The building was stripped back to its frame, installing a contemporary ‘boutique hotel’ style common parts fit-out and a Grade A office fit-out to the suites. The building was completed in 2011 and awarded a highly coveted British Council for Offices award as best Northern refurbished workplace for that year.
The building extends to 36,000 sq ft and is home to Odgers Berndtson, Armstrong Watson, IDHL Ingenuity Digital Holdings, Singleton Clamp, 3volution and Wilton.
