Jason Stowe
Managing Director

Jason set up Wilton Developments on behalf of the Moore Family Interests in 2004. Jason is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with an Honours degree in Urban Land Economics from Sheffield Hallam University. Jason has over 30 years property investment and development experience in the northern property markets. He has previously worked for Commercial Estates Group, Lambert Smith Hampton and St. Quintin in Leeds.
Jason sits on the Leeds City Region Enterprise Zone Strategic Delivery Board; the Leeds Business Improvement District (BID) Office Working Group and the Leeds Chamber of Commerce Quality Places and Spaces Working Group.
Jason has a daughter and a son of school age. When he is not running around after them, he tries to keep fit by running around the not so flat Wharfe Valley with his local running club or the local Park Run for a more gentler outing. Occasionally Jason gets the opportunity to use his FIA motorsport race licence although work and home commitments mean this is now getting rarer.
Nick Child
Development Director
BSc MRICS
Nick joined Wilton in 2020 having worked with them on a number of very successful Joint Ventures over a period of 7 years. He is a Chartered Surveyor and has over 35 years experience in the property development and investment industry. He has previously held senior positions with Clugston Estates, Shepherd Developments and Avison Young.
Nick is married with a grown up daughter and son and spends his spare time playing golf, badminton and walking in the countryside.
Richard Squire
Development Director
BSc Hons MRICS
Richard joined Wilton in 2020 having worked with them on a number of very successful Joint Ventures over a period of three years. He is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and has over 30 years’ experience in the property development industry. He previously held senior positions with Clugston Estates, Litton Property Group and Shepherd Developments.
Richard is married with three grown up children and spends his spare time being a Sheffield Wednesday season ticket holder and walking his cocker spaniel in the countryside.
Paul Turner
Director
BSc Hons
Paul has worked for the Moore family since 2002 and was actively involved in the creation of Wilton Developments. Paul is a qualified lawyer, having previously worked for Addleshaws in Leeds in their property team.
Paul also has the benefit of a degree in Land Management from Reading University. Paul is married with two daughters.
Angela Carpenter
Head of Finance
BSc Hons
Angela joined the company in 2012 and is the Head of Finance. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte in Leeds and has over 15 years of management and financial accounting experience.
Angela is married with two sons, and when time allows, likes to go running across the muddy fields of Wharfedale.
Richard Caschetto
Head of Facilities Management
BSc Hons, MBIFM
Richard joined the company in 2014 to oversee the Facilities Management of Wilton Developments managed estate of commercial property. Richard brings a wealth of experience having worked with Private and Public sector clients since 2009.
Richard is married with two daughters. When time permits it, Richard likes to spend his spare time running, cycling and playing tennis.
Anita Fox
Anita has been with Wilton since 2010 and currently she is working 3 days a week as an Accounts Assistant.
Anita is married with two children. With little free time, she likes to go running and enjoys a good book.
Elena Duke
BSc
Elena is newest member of the team joining in 2022. She is a law graduate with professional experience in a few different countries, including a previous role with a leading UK planning consultancy.
Elena likes volunteering, cooking, swimming, traveling and exploring the UK after 3 years being in the country.
