Jason set up Wilton Developments on behalf of the Moore Family Interests in 2004. Jason is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with an Honours degree in Urban Land Economics from Sheffield Hallam University. Jason has over 30 years property investment and development experience in the northern property markets. He has previously worked for Commercial Estates Group, Lambert Smith Hampton and St. Quintin in Leeds.
Jason sits on the Leeds City Region Enterprise Zone Strategic Delivery Board; the Leeds Business Improvement District (BID) Office Working Group and the Leeds Chamber of Commerce Quality Places and Spaces Working Group.
Jason has a daughter and a son of school age. When he is not running around after them, he tries to keep fit by running around the not so flat Wharfe Valley with his local running club or the local Park Run for a more gentler outing. Occasionally Jason gets the opportunity to use his FIA motorsport race licence although work and home commitments mean this is now getting rarer.
