Description of the project

This 135,000 Sq Ft high spec warehouse and distribution building was developed as part of a wider 10 Acre purchase from Amec Developments. The building was let on a 10 year lease to WH Malcolm Ltd in 2014, and a sale to Mayfair Capital of the Investment was completed later the same year.
