Description of the project


The site is located at junction 6 of the M18 in Doncaster and is 5 minutes’ drive from the intersection of the M18 with the M62 at junction 35.

The site has frontage to the M18 and comprises 181 acres of flat land.

Outline planning permission was granted in January 2022 for up to 3.5 million square feet of B2; manufacturing and B8; warehousing.

The scheme includes a single unit of 1.15 million square feet.

A reserved matters application was submitted in March 2022 for the first phases comprising 2.3 million square feet.
