This is the residue of a much larger acquisition of part of the former Netto Foodstores northern portfolio of retained stores after its merger with ASDA. A number of stores and sites were sold off and a core of 6 locations were retained. All the locations have open A1 consent and vary between single stores to small retail parks. The majority of the leases are Let to Iceland Foods Limited.
The Iceland Stores are fully let until 2036, with a review due in 2018 from historic concessionary rents.
