Description of the asset

This 22,000 sq ft out of town office building was acquired in 2000 with the benefit of a tenant for 15 years.

The building was handed back in late 2015 and after a short period of marketing a new 10 year lease was agreed with Wesco Aircraft Europe Limited on the entire building.
